There are currently various problems with prisons, including the emergence of regarding Over Capacity in prisons. Especially era Covid-19 pandemic, where prisons Indonesia not comparable to limited capacity space. In renewal criminal law, this case, Draft Law on Criminal Code (RUU-KUHP) has discussed alternative crimes, one which is existence social work crimes. Research crimes overcome overcapacity Post Pandemic Prisons (Prisons) uses normative legal research methods. The material used use library studies (Library Research). regulations have been implemented several countries such as Netherlands, Portugal and Denmark.
